We are seeking a skilled Audiovisual Production Specialist to join our team at ProfessionLX, Ltd. in Garmisch, Germany.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide technical support for live events and international learning courses, utilizing expertise in audiovisual equipment and software.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role

The AV Production Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality AV services to ensure seamless execution of events and activities at the George C. Marshall Center.

  • AV Operational Support: Provide on-site assistance to faculty and guest speakers with presentation setups, adjust seminar room configurations, and manage furniture and AV equipment arrangements.
  • System Maintenance: Install, set up, and reconfigure AV system cabling, test equipment, and ensure all resources are ready 30 minutes prior to each event.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the AV technical support team to resolve issues beyond basic troubleshooting, and serve as a liaison for repair technicians.
  • Live Event Support: Operate key AV hardware, such as cameras, audio systems, and VTC systems, under the guidance of producers during live events.
