Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Manager / Team Lead to join our team and drive our technical vision forward. As the right-hand person to our CTO, Hamzah, you'll be responsible for managing operational and technical team responsibilities, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the development team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on architectural design and implementation strategies, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with the company's technical goals.
  • Oversee project lifecycles from inception to launch, implementing the lean startup methodology and utilizing AI tools to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.
  • Contribute to coding tasks when needed, working primarily with React, Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, and leveraging AI tools like Cursor AI to boost productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership or project management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in React, Python, Django, Django Admin, and PostgreSQL, with a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of developers.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to adopt new methodologies and technologies.
