Technical Project Leader for Electrical Engineering

As a Technical Project Leader for Electrical Engineering at Spie, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and handover.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered to the required technical standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management, to ensure that project progress and issues are clearly understood.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
