Walker Cole International is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Supply Chain Management. This position will be based in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and will be responsible for overseeing site planning and production schedules for internal manufacturing, validation, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production and planning strategies to ensure efficient site planning and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure site supply planning aligns with global S&OP processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Operations and the wider organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance against established KPIs.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience with supply chain management software and systems.
  • Certifications in supply chain management or a related field.
