Auf den ersten Blick nicht als Notruf zu erkennen, ermöglicht sie Nutzer*innen, ab sofort immer und überall unkompliziert Hilfe zu rufen. Damit sorgen wir für die Extraportion Sicherheit und retten im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Leben. Die Patronus-Uhr selbst ist jedoch nur der Türöffner. Sie gibt uns die Chance, zahlreiche weitere wegweisende Produkte zu entwickeln, die das Leben älterer Menschen sowie deren Angehöriger und Pflegepersonen verbessern. Dein EinflussUm unsere Vision verwirklichen zu können, suchen wir derzeit eine*n Team Lead Operations (x/f/m) für den Bereich Supply Chain Management. Du berichtest direkt an unseren Head of Operations und bist als Teil des Führungsteams für den Aufbau und die Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams mit skalierbaren Prozessen verantwortlich.
Das Supply Chain Management Team kümmert sich darum, dass unsere Patronus-Uhr einwandfrei funktioniert und auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse aller Kund*innen abgestimmt ist. Die Smartwatches und das nötige Zubehör werden beschafft, mit unserer Software bespielt, verpackt, versandt und vieles mehr.
Deine Mission- Du bist der/die Leader*in unseres Supply Chain Teams: Du bist entscheidender Teil der größten Abteilung von Patronus, berichtest direkt an den Head of Operations & Customer Success und führst ein leistungsstarkes Team von aktuell 4 Mitarbeitenden.
- Du wägst deine Entscheidungen mit Daten ab: KPI-orientiertes Arbeiten ist für dich kein Buzzword. Du analysierst die Daten und leitest dadurch Maßnahmen zur strategischen und operativen Verbesserung unserer Supply Chain Prozesse ab.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verantwortet Du unsere komplette Patronus-Uhr Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Einkauf, Logistik, Watch Setup, Fulfillment / Versand und Retouren).
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Tagesablaufs durch das Verteilen von Aufgaben, Setzen von Zielen und das Abhalten von wöchentlichen Teammeetings sicher.
- Du baust kooperative Beziehungen mit allen internen und externen Stakeholdern auf, um skalierbare Strukturen und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du leitest wichtige, abteilungsübergreifende Projekte, die der Firma erlauben, effizient zu skalieren - damit zukünftig Millionen von Menschen die Patronus-Uhr nutzen können.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Deutsch mind. C1 Niveau, Englisch mind. B2 Niveau).
- Du bist ein Zahlenmensch und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Google Sheet / Excel und dem Lesen und Erstellen von Reportings.
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit, verbunden mit Organisationstalent und einer "Hands-on" Mentalität.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, der kooperative Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe schätzt.
- Du hast erste Führungserfahrung, die es dir ermöglicht, dein Team empathisch und effektiv zu führen. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass dein Team sich weiterentwickelt.
- Du bringst einen hervorragenden Kommunikationsstil mit, gepaart mit ausgezeichneten Überzeugungsfähigkeiten.
- Du bist technikaffin und hast idealerweise bereits erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Supply Chain, Operations oder Lean Management.
- Du trägst aktiv zur Entwicklung eines wertvollen Produkts mit echtem Mehrwert für die Gesellschaft bei.
- Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, in einem agilen und zugleich erfahrenen Team zu arbeiten, in dem du kontinuierlich dazu herausgefordert wirst, deine eigene Messlatte höher zu legen und nicht nur das Produkt, sondern auch dich selbst stetig zu verbessern.
