About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Process Manager to join our team at Trützschler. As a key user for all engineering departments, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of our PLM system, 3DX, in collaboration with our central IT department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements in engineering, including the analysis and optimization of processes and interfaces between systems.
- Train and educate engineering staff on the use of PLM systems and extend construction guidelines.
- Lead optimization projects and ensure the successful implementation of new processes.
- Collaborate with international teams in India and China.
Requirements
- Completed education in mechanical engineering, product design, or computer science with a focus on CAx or a comparable qualification.
- Desirable: further education in process management and experience with agile working methods.
- Several years of experience in the mechanical and plant engineering industry.
- Sound knowledge of PLM, CAD, and ERP systems, preferably SolidWorks, Eplan, and 3DX, as well as MS-Office.
- Experience with process optimization according to ISO 9001.
- Good project management skills and experience in project leadership.
- Good German and English language skills.
