Senior R&D Engineer for Heat Pump Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Engineer to lead our heat pump development team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for defining the specifications of our heat pumps, designing and developing new prototypes, and leading the design and development of new heat pump products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitor product analysis to identify market strengths and weaknesses and inform product development strategies
  • Define the specifications of our heat pumps, ensuring they meet safety and performance requirements
  • Design and develop new prototypes of our heat pumps, leveraging your expertise in HVAC systems
  • Lead the design and development of new heat pump products, from concept to launch, ensuring successful product launches
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and processes for product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
Your Profile
  • Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in HVAC work, with a proven track record of leading R&D teams
  • Fundamental knowledge of heating and hydraulics, with expertise in heat pump design and development
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of testing and analysis procedures
