About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Success Manager to join our team at LeanIX. As a Product Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our product analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with product teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Partner with the BI/Data team to build and maintain data analytics capabilities
  • Define and develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain a self-service oriented product analytics function
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics

Requirements

  • Product Management experience, ideally in a comparable role or as Product Owner of at least 2 years
  • Experience in defining and developing dashboards for various levels of an organization
  • Knowledge on how to build and maintain a self-service oriented product analytics function
  • Background in product and/or data analytics with knowledge on testing methodologies
  • Experience with using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools; knowledge of common query languages such as SQL, KQL or similar is a plus
  • Experience in working with different functions of a modern SaaS company
  • Hands-on approach, enjoying an agile environment and software development process
  • Self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
  • Fluent English is mandatory
