Make a Difference in Cancer Care
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Dedalus, a leading healthcare solutions provider. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our cancer data management solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Product Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with OnkoZert, ADT-GEKID, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and product development.
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyze market requirements and trends in healthcare, prioritizing and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Product Specification and Validation: Collaborate with end-users, UX designers, and development teams to specify and validate development requirements.
- Clinical and Functional Guidance: Provide clinical and functional guidance to the development team and adjacent areas, ensuring product compliance and quality.
- Product Evolution and Innovation: Drive the continuous evolution of the product, identifying innovation opportunities and market needs.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Actively manage communication about the product towards customers, services, and management.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Contribute to an inspiring team environment, motivating and guiding peers throughout the organization.
Your Qualifications:
- Medical Science or Engineering Background: Hold a degree in Medical Science or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Oncology Experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in the oncology department of a German hospital.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate subject matter expertise in oncology and related domains.
- Market Knowledge: Possess market knowledge in the oncology IT sector.
- Product Management Skills: Proven product management skills, with a self-motivated approach to optimizing results for customers.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Self-Management and Leadership Skills: Demonstrate self-management skills and a self-starter attitude, with strong business acumen and a motivated team player.
