Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our team in the day-to-day management of the brand. This role involves assisting with the coordination of promotional and communication activities, including media, digital, and trade marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Marketing team in the management of the brand
  • Coordinating promotional and communication activities
  • Supporting the design of sales aids, including catalogues, flyers, and point-of-sale displays
  • Creating digital banners, catalogues, and flyers, and personalizing displays and POS
  • Assisting with event projects and reporting on results
  • Preparing materials for meetings and updating budget monitoring tables
  • Monitoring media and social networks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Creativity and innovative design skills
  • Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Proven experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Team spirit, reactive, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in German and English, with French or other foreign languages an advantage
