Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our team in the day-to-day management of the brand. The successful candidate will participate in the design of sales aids, assist with the coordination of promotional and communication activities, and support various events projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing team in managing the brand's day-to-day activities
  • Participate in the design of sales aids, such as catalogues, flyers, and point-of-sale displays
  • Coordinate promotional and communication activities, including media and digital marketing
  • Support events projects and contribute to their success
  • Monitor and report on the results of operations and events
  • Prepare materials for meetings and update budget monitoring tables
  • Monitor media and social networks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Creativity and innovative design skills
  • 2+ years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Proven experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit, reactive, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in German and English, with French or other foreign languages an advantage

Please note that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens. Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient knowledge of German cannot be considered. The place of residence should be in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area.
