Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Düsseldorf. The successful candidate will assist the Marketing team in the day-to-day management of the brand, participating in the design of sales aids and creating digital content. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, creativity, and innovative design skills, as well as experience with design software and Marketing or Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing team in the day-to-day management of the brand
  • Participate in the design of sales aids such as catalogues, flyers, and point-of-sale displays
  • Create digital banners, catalogues, flyers, and personalize displays & POS in line with the strategic input communicated and the brand's visual identity
  • Assist with the coordination of promotional and communication activities: media, digital, and trade marketing
  • Support and contribute to various events projects
  • Report - monitor the results of operations and events
  • Prepare materials for various meetings
  • Update budget monitoring tables
  • Media and social network monitoring
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Creativity and innovative design skills
  • 2+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc
  • Proven experience with Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit, reactive, attention to details
  • Fluent in German and English, ideally French or other foreign languages would be an advantage

Please note that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens. Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient knowledge of German cannot be considered. The place of residence should be in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area.
