Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A and Business Partnering expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our leadership team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  2. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  4. Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in FP&A and Business Partnering
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  5. Fluent in English, German (nice to have)
