About the Role

This is a key position within the finance team at Omio, where you will provide critical support to our VP Finance and contribute to driving business growth through financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the group planning process, including annual budget and forecasting, and drive process improvement and automation.
  • Provide insightful analysis and present budget/forecast results to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support and deliver on Omio's targets.
  • Perform business investigations to provide additional insights on business performance, driving better decision-making.
  • Embed a culture of partnership between finance and business, identifying opportunities for scaling the business.
  • Work with the business to produce high-quality output that effectively tells the story of Omio's performance, highlighting data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Operational Finance, Group Accounting, and Business Operations to track risks, opportunities, and expected outcomes.
  • Grow and develop the FP&A function as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FP&A and/or Business Partnering/Controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to use Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL (BigQuery).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to work at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and motivated by a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Passionate about building and optimizing processes.
  • University degree (BA minimum).
  • Fluent in English, German (nice to have).
  • A 'can-do' attitude and initiative to take ownership and drive projects.
