About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Forto. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for partnering with all departments to influence decisions in support of profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement and maintenance of Forto's global Business plan across multiple products in the logistics space.
  • Analyze trends of major business KPIs, including commercial metrics such as volume generation, total revenues, and unit economics.
  • Co-lead in preparing monthly reporting packages for Forto's investors.
  • Support during preparation for the Quarterly board meeting and any ad-hoc investor-oriented analysis.
  • Develop and lead ad-hoc analysis on various topics to support new strategic initiatives.
  • Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
  • Provide a monthly overview of the business performance to the Forto executive team.
  • Serve as a sparring partner for Senior Finance leadership team.
  • Support the reporting and budgeting processes for local departments and overseas entities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a similar position with emphasis on forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated track record of high-performance.
  • Willingness to enter a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideally worked for a successful Start-up or a similar working environment such as investment banking/consultancy.
  • Deep financial modeling skills that allow you to create insightful financial analyses and provide recommendations for decision making.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, delivering, and auditing work.
