Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our technical training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power battery systems and electrical principles, with experience in training and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to service agents and OEMs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to improve technical and product competency among service agents and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct business meetings with clients to understand their training requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Transform field technical experience into technical documents, such as SOPs and faulty case studies.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of power battery systems and electrical principles.
  • Ability to use common tools and diagnosis equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in the automotive, energy, or high-voltage battery maintenance industry.
  • Proficient in English, with priority given to candidates who can handle other languages, such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
  • Excellent learning ability, self-motivation, and integrity.
