Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Assistant to join our Fulfillment Centers in Germany. As a key member of the site's leadership team, you will play a critical role in assisting and working closely with the General Manager to drive business success.
About this Opportunity:
This exciting role offers a unique chance to bring your ideas and initiatives to life, working with our Operations teams and driving communication within the Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing onsite employee engagement events, managing communication channels, and acting as the site Charity Champion in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate onsite events, including competitions, celebrations, and handouts, and manage associated budgets and deadlines.
- Communication: Manage communication channels, including newsletters, corporate communications, and site-specific message boards and feedback channels.
- Site Charity Champion: Coordinate the site charity budget, work with central teams to embed network initiatives, and support local charity donations and campaigns.
- Leadership Team Support: Manage the network recognition programs onsite for associates and drive participation amongst your leadership team and associate population.
- Administration: Be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the leadership team's travel and administration, including diary management and recording actions of meetings.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in the key responsibilities of the role, with the ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- High proficiency of English and German languages.
