Assistant to the General Manager

Our Fulfillment Centers are the backbone of our operations, responsible for managing our vast inventory and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager's Assistant.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, including competitions, celebrations, and handouts, while managing associated budgets and deadlines.
- Develop and implement site-specific projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver results.
- Manage communication channels across the fulfillment center, including newsletters, corporate communications, and site-specific message boards.
- Act as the site Charity Champion, coordinating charity initiatives and donations, and working with central teams to embed network initiatives.
- Oversee the network recognition programs, driving participation among associates and leadership teams.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team, including diary management and recording actions of meetings.
- Collaborate with support staff to build and secure resources for projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in event planning, project coordination, and communication management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in English and German languages.
- Previous experience in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
