Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Hardware Developer to join our core development team. As a Lead Hardware Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing the hardware aspects of goodbot.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of new hardware features, ensuring alignment with product requirements and user needs.
- Collaborate with the software team to integrate hardware and software seamlessly, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of hardware components, ensuring high-quality results.
- Research and implement new and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities, staying ahead of the curve.
- Develop detailed documentation and guidelines for hardware development processes, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior hardware engineers, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Embedded Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hardware development, particularly in robotics or automation, with a strong understanding of electronics, microcontrollers, and sensor integration.
- Proficiency in CAD software and hardware design tools, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing project needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
