We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Quantum Quest Talents. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Training: Participate in onboarding and training sessions to ensure a seamless transition for our clients, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Software Utilization: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to maximize the value of our software and develop sustainable solutions to meet their needs.
  • Internal Advocacy: Effectively communicate client needs and feedback to internal teams, driving product development and improvement to ensure our software continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our sales and product teams to implement new processes and tools, and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Client Understanding and Enhancement: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and product usage, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience and drive business growth.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to support negotiations with key clients and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Ideally, you have experience in direct customer interaction, preferably in the B2B or SaaS sector, with a strong understanding of software implementation and client success.
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both German and English languages is required.
  • Skills and Abilities: You possess excellent problem-solving skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
