Reception and Office Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Office Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business partners and guests, as well as coordinating hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and support services to business partners and guests, including coordination of hospitality services.
- Administer visitor management software and provide administrative support as needed.
- Organize and manage office operations, including organizational and administrative tasks in all areas of the office/secretariat.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Support in organizing conference visits and business trips, as well as handling travel expenses for employees.
- Order and manage supplies and consumables.
- Act as a contact person for external service providers, including property management and cleaning companies.
- Manage contracts and agreements.
- Take on smaller project tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the hotel and tourism industry.
- Experience in reception and office management is an advantage.
- Representative, confident, and friendly appearance.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English.
- High degree of initiative, reliability, sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills.
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office.
- Driving license class B is an advantage.
- Possibility to work full-time or part-time, lateral entry also possible.
