Senior Manager International Sales Europe

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for key international markets, driving business growth and expansion.
- Manage a portfolio of global distributors and retailers, unlocking market potential and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead the selection, evaluation, and onboarding of new partners across existing and new territories, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and implement innovative retail concepts in key cities, enhancing the brand's presence and customer experience.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial targets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide regular business updates and market intelligence reports to senior management, informing strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, driving business success.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with an MBA.
- Proven work experience in the fashion and lifestyle or premium consumer goods industries, with a track record of successfully managing 3rd parties and developing international markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with fluency in English and German.
- Ability to travel internationally, with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
