Job Description

Job Title: Private Clients Services Coordinator / Events Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Clients Services Coordinator / Events Manager to join our team at The Bicester Collection. As a key member of our Private Clients Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing events and activities that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and implementation of events and activities to ensure optimal positioning, guest acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the PCS and Hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee the setup and execution of in-village entertainment, including welcoming entertainers and ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Manage event calendars, including corporate events, HNW/VIP events, digital/social events, brand events, and third-party events.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as raising POs for invoices and general support.
  • Collaborate with The Apartment Team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or equivalent database management systems.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
