About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the Hemostasis product line, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence. As Head of Hemostasis Business, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with regional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including revenue, costs, contribution margin, and gross profit
  • Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute regional business plans
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth
  • Drive digital transformation and identify synergies across different franchises to enhance product portfolios
Requirements
  • University degree in natural science, medicine, economics, or comparable
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IVD market, with a strong track record in sustaining and maximizing revenue, achieving profitable growth, and expanding market share
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business results
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in managing operational performance metrics
  • Fluent English skills and intercultural competencies, with knowledge of German an asset
