Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to sustain and maximize revenue, profitable growth, and market share in Hemostasis markets.
  • Manage operational performance, including revenue, costs, contribution margin, and gross profit, working closely with HQ functions and regional teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of commercial offerings.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • University degree in natural science, medicine, economics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IVD market, with a strong track record in sustaining and maximizing revenue, achieving profitable growth, and expanding market share in competitive environments.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in heading IVD labs and managing cross-functional teams.
