Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to sustain and maximize revenue, profitable growth, and market share in Hemostasis markets.
  • Manage operational performance, including revenue, costs, contribution margin, gross profit, and product positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of commercial offerings.
  • Drive innovative messaging tactics across all channels, ensuring effective communication of value propositions to both internal and external audiences.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • You hold a university degree in natural science, medicine, economics, or a comparable field.
  • You have a broad and deep expertise and long-term experience (>10 years) in the IVD market, with experience in heading IVD labs being a plus.
  • You have a strong track record in sustaining and maximizing revenue, achieving profitable growth, and expanding market share in competitive environments.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying complex information in a way that is suited to the target audience and situation.
