Investigate and develop concepts for a possible localization solution for mobile robots in outdoor deployment
Test, validate, and optimize the developed concept on a prototype
Integrate the developed software into the existing software architecture
Develop new software components and optimize existing solutions for real-time control of vehicles
Support the commissioning and testing of system components
Document and present the developed results
Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Experience in software development, automation, and control technology is desirable
Programming skills in C++, Python, or equivalent
Knowledge of the CODESYS development environment and the Structured Text (ST) programming language is an advantage
Basic knowledge of GNSS systems is desirable
Interest in autonomous systems in urban logistics
