Wir suchen einen ambitionierten und strategisch denkenden Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions, der unsere M&A-Prozesse erfolgreich umsetzen und unsere Kunden zufriedenstellen kann.

Aufgaben

Als Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions bist du verantwortlich für die Abwicklung unserer M&A-Prozesse, die Leitung von Deal Teams und die Unterstützung unserer Partner und Managing Director von der Aufnahme bis zum Abschluss von Transaktionen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Koordination von Deal Teams und die Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von M&A-Prozessen
  • Die Leitung von operativen Umsetzungen von Deals und die Gewährleistung eines Überblicks über alle wichtigen Aspekte der jeweiligen Projekte
  • Die Führung eines erstklassigen Teams und die Gewährleistung eines notwendigen Knowhow-Transfers im Team
  • Die Gestaltung von M&A-Prozessen und die Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensstrategie
  • Die Erweiterung unseres Netzwerks und die Unterstützung unserer Partner und Geschäftsführer bei dem weiteren Aus- und Aufbau unseres Geschäfts
Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem Kandidaten mit:

  • 5-8 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung in der M&A-Beratung oder im Corporate Finance-Umfeld
  • Einem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studium mit Corporate Finance-Fokus
  • Leadership-Driver mit unternehmerischem Ehrgeiz und Spirit
  • Exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsskills
  • Verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
  • Analytischer Excellence und Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzmodelle zu durchdringen
