Join Our Team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant

Are you a recent graduate looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? Do you want to gain experience in international transactions and work with a team of experts in the field? As a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant, you will support our clients in buying and selling companies or company parts, as well as in funding rounds, acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our clients to identify and analyze potential targets, develop business cases, and create financial models to support their M&A activities.
  • You will assist in the preparation of sales documents, due diligence reports, and other materials related to M&A transactions.
  • You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure successful project execution.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions in various sectors, such as automotive, technology, energy, and financial services.
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in business administration or a related field, with a focus on corporate finance, accounting, or controlling.
  • You have gained experience in M&A transactions through internships or previous roles.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English (C1 level) and can communicate effectively in writing.
