Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at HAUGG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the compilation of goods shipments, preparation of shipping documents, and preparation for shipment, labeling and handover of goods ready for shipment to forwarding agents and parcel services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compilation of goods shipments
  • Preparation of shipping documents
  • Preparation for shipment, labeling and handover of goods ready for shipment to forwarding agents and parcel services
  • Storage of incoming goods
  • Maintenance of the articles in our ERP system
  • Process monitoring and optimization
  • Ensuring safety in your work area

Requirements

  • Work experience in the areas of logistics and/or disposition
  • Forklift driving license available
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Confident handling of EDP programs
  • Good written and spoken German
  • A high degree of initiative, flexibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure
