Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Serial Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supplier quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain control plans and inspection schedules.
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and German.
- 1-3 years' experience in quality or production.
- Knowledge of supplier qualification standards (ISO, ASME, IRIS, etc.).
- Experience managing supplier relationships and using SAP or similar computer applications.
