About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality requirements and develop strategies to improve their performance.
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to present to senior management.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiarity with supplier qualifications standards (ISO, ASME, IRIS, Local Standards, etc.).
- Fluent in English and German.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Quality, Production.
- Knowledge in a technical field.
- Experience managing supplier relationships is a plus.
- Experience using SAP or similar computer applications and 8D Methodology.
- Collaborative, persuasive and resilient.
