About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Lead to join our team at VITRONIC Machine Vision. As a key member of our Product & Solutions department, you will be responsible for managing our hardware products and software platforms, driving innovation and growth in the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage our overall product portfolio strategy, focusing on hardware products and software platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategic direction for the group, including setting group-specific objectives.
  • Manage the entire life cycle of our hardware products and software platforms, from market analysis and product envisioning to product specification, development support, marketing, sales, and retirement.
  • Optimize the organizational framework for the group and ensure the incorporation of company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Lead the operational activities of the group and manage group members.
Requirements
  • Combination of technical and economic background, with a university or higher technical college degree in engineering and business studies, or technical degree with business experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in product management, including market analysis, business planning, and requirement management.
  • Expert knowledge in the ITS field is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and conceptual skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English language skills.
