Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Business Service Team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, applicants, employees, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to our customers, applicants, employees, and service providers
- Answer incoming calls and route them accordingly
- Manage conference arrangements, mail handling, and distribution
- Coordinate and commission courier services
- Process invoices and consult with accounting
- Assist in organizing events and purchasing
Requirements:
- Professional training and at least two years of experience in a service-oriented environment
- Fluency in German and excellent English language skills
- Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
