Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of mobile and stationary waterjet systems
- Independent supervision of the rental park, including instruction, handover, return, care, and maintenance
- Product demonstrations and technical support for customers in high-interest projects
- Technical advice to customers on problems and application questions, both on-site and by phone
- Advice and active sales of accessories during service visits
Requirements
- Technical-practical training in automotive, agricultural, or construction machinery, with several years of experience in a technical profession
- Curiosity about new technologies
- Independent, committed work style
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to travel up to 40%, usually for day trips
- Trailer license or willingness to acquire one
