Als Chief of Staff Procurement unterstützt du den Global Managing Director für Procurement & Supply Chain bei strategischen Entscheidungen und operativen Angelegenheiten. Du bist die rechte Hand des Global Managing Directors und verantwortest die Analyse von Unternehmensdaten sowie die Erstellung von Berichten zur Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsfindungen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Strategische Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsfindungen und operativen Angelegenheiten
  • Analyse von Unternehmensdaten und Erstellung von Berichten
  • Operative Führung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und der Mithilfe bei Projektmanagementaufgaben
  • Koordination von internen und externen Kommunikationsaktivitäten sowie Stakeholder-Management
  • Entwicklung von Playbooks, Standards und Prozessen für die Professionalisierung des Unternehmens
  • Planung und Koordination von Besprechungen, einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Tagesordnungen, Besprechungsprotokollen und Folgemaßnahmen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld, in einem StartUp oder im Procurement & Supply Chain Bereich
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Zahlenaffinität
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Fähigkeit, eigenständig und genau zu arbeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft und Vor-Ort-Präsenz bei den Niederlassungen
