Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff HR - Strategic Project Manager is a key member of the HR team at Bauer Media Group, providing strategic support to the CHRO in various projects and daily operations. This role requires a strong project management background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to motivate team members and lead to results in a virtual international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor global HR projects, ensuring alignment with project owners and stakeholders.
  • Drive the HR projects priorities process, identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Support project owners in achieving great results, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Develop and improve the structure of the HR SteerCo meeting, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on meetings and workshops, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Steer transparent communication across HR and key stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Set new quality standards in project management, implementing and monitoring best practices.
  • Implement and regularly use project management tools, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for overarching inquiries from other departments, providing timely and effective support.
  • Prepare and monitor the HR budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Coordinate Townhall meetings and HR Management Team meetings, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.

    Supporting the HR Transformation:

    • Support the CHRO in the HR transformation, providing strategic guidance and resources.
    • Work closely with the HR Enablement team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of HR experience in large international complex companies.
    • Certified project manager, with experience in managing complex HR projects across several countries.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate team members and lead to results in a virtual international environment.
    • Very process-driven and data-oriented, analytical working style.
