Automation Engineer: Dual Study Program

As an Automation Engineer at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to pursue a dual study program in Automation Technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. During your four-year program, you will gain a deep understanding of automation systems and technologies, as well as practical experience in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a dual study program at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf
  • Gain practical experience in a real-world setting at Amazon's training center in Düsseldorf
  • Work alongside experienced Automation Engineers to apply and deepen your knowledge
  • Develop skills in electronics, electromechanics, information technology, programming, automation and control technology, and future-oriented fields such as robotics, smart systems, and IoT
Requirements:
  • General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or fachgebundene Hochschulreife)
  • Passion for technology and interest in a career in this field
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • First practical experience in the field of electronics, automation, or control technology (e.g., through an internship)
