Job Description

As a dual student in our Automation Engineer program, you will spend four years studying at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on automation technology. During this time, you will receive practical training at the Siemens training center in Düsseldorf and work alongside experienced automation engineers at Amazon in Dortmund. This program will equip you with qualifications in electronics and electrical engineering, information technology, programming, automation and control technology, as well as future-oriented fields such as robotics, smart systems, and IoT.

Requirements
  • General university entrance qualification (Abitur), technical university entrance qualification, or specialized university entrance qualification
  • Passion for technology and interest in a career in this field
  • Excellent communication skills (in German and English)
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • First practical experience in the field of electrical engineering, automation, or control technology, or related fields, such as through an internship
