Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excitement and engagement with our physical and digital product portfolio to support the growth of our 6 brands across 18 markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans to support the expansion and strengthening of our product offering.
- Provide insights for new product development and growth of existing products, working closely with our Product and Marketing Teams.
- Develop product positioning that aligns with our Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) across our brand portfolio, in close alignment with our Global Brand Strategy.
- Support and guide local Product Marketing Managers to develop and execute go-to-market plans in line with our product expansion roadmaps.
- Collaborate with our Strategic Product and Marketing Communication Teams to deliver product messaging that reinforces brand benefits, drives product marketing and commercial metrics.
- Consult on product-related consumer research projects, working closely with our Global Consumer Insights Team.
- Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field of study.
- 6+ years' experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or product management, preferably in eCommerce and/or food products.
- Proven track record of developing product marketing plans from positioning through to execution and demonstration of its impact.
- Experience in digital marketing channels and proven track record of successful new product launches.
- Experience mining various data sources and connecting them to form tangible insights.
- Ability to stay focused, prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and motivate people at all levels within international environments and across a broad variety of job functions.
