Deine Rolle

Als Senior Product Marketing & Innovation Manager:in bist du Teil unseres zukünftigen Produkt Innovation Hubs. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Gründer und dem Produkt-Team zusammen, um unsere Hero-Produkte zu entwickeln und zu vermarkten. Du bist verantwortlich für die kreative Konzeption und die Vermarktungsstory unserer Produkte.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst neue Food-Konzepte auf Basis aktuellster Food-Trends und gestaltest sie gemeinsam mit unserem Gründer und dem Produkt-Team.
  • Du entwickelst Marketing-Strategien und machst Bedarfsanalysen, um unsere Produkte erfolgreich zu vermarkten.
  • Du arbeitest mit dem Supply Chain und dem Produkt-Team zusammen, um die Entwicklung und Herstellung unserer Produkte umzusetzen.
  • Deine Entscheidungen und Projekte haben höchste CEO-Sichtbarkeit.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Innovationen und Food-Produkten.
  • Du hast einen Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing und/oder Ökotrophologie/Lebensmitteltechnik.
  • Du bist in der Lage, umfangreiche Projekte nach Zielvorgabe und unter Einhaltung aller Qualitätsansprüche zu managen.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Marketing und Branding und kannst deine Produktideen visuell mit einer ansprechenden Kampagne ausstatten.
  • Du bist innovativ und kreativ und arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert.
