Payroll Compliance Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Documentation Specialist to join our Payroll team at Remote. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze documentation needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current documentation to ensure a high-performance culture.
- Document and build a library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) around payroll compliance, audit framework, and payroll risk management.
- Work on payroll compliance monitoring trackers and prepare data-driven periodic reports.
- Become an expert in the payroll documentation, audit, and risk framework at Remote.
- Support the wider team with projects and incidents to transform and improve compliance and processes.
- Strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
- 3+ years of experience in either a Payroll or Audit environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills: written and spoken.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Competitive salary range: $33,000 - $74,000.
