Data Analyst Strategic Controlling in SCM/Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Strategic Controlling in SCM/Procurement to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digitalization projects, process optimization, and global sustainability reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze company-wide procurement data to identify performance targets and resolve issues
- Ensure successful global reporting and controlling of critical metrics, focusing on procurement and sustainability
- Visualize KPIs in user-friendly dashboards and create underlying data models to identify weaknesses, risks, and trends
- Participate in budget planning processes and act as a dynamic interface for Businesses, Regions, and our Pooling team
- Coordinate expert and working groups in sustainability reporting, focusing on decarbonization, and support the development of a performance controlling approach for carbon reduction measures
- Monitor the quality and implementation of carbon reduction productivity measures worldwide to ensure consistency and reasonable reporting assurance
- Collaborate in cross-functional digitalization projects focusing on sustainability, process optimization, and data-related topics
- Masters degree in economics, business informatics, or a scientific field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling, project management, preferably in procurement or sustainability-related environments, ideally with knowledge of carbon accounting
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and tell a story based on analysis
- Experience with BI and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, and Alteryx
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex tasks and methodological competence
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- 2-3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
