We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Governance Expert to join our dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare data into actionable insights. As a key member of our team, you will define, drive, and govern the biobanking data domain on a global scale, ensuring data quality, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate population-scale healthcare datasets and biobanks
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and acting as a decision-making authority
  • Lead research proposals to data providers, ensuring operational adherence to data governance principles
  • Drive operational governance and set quality and performance standards

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Health Business, Health Sciences, or Computer Sciences, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in Business Transformation/Digitalization within the healthcare sector
  • Hands-on expertise with healthcare data domains and standards, including OMOP, FHIR, and FAIR
  • Strong project and process management skills, including experience in change management and leading project teams
  • Excellent negotiation and influence skills within a matrix and cross-functional organisation
