Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €75,000 per year, with an additional 750€ starting bonus for all new starters until the end of their first month. On top of that, we have an above-average corporate pension plan to ensure your financial future.

Job Description

As a Performance and Operations Expert, you will be a key member of our international team. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Efficiency Metrics and Reporting: Set up and work on efficiency, communication, and satisfaction metrics to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team across all production centers in Germany.
  • Capacity Planning and Incentive Schemes: Build reporting to support decision-making linked capacity planning and incentive schemes.
  • Workforce Capacity Planning: Be in charge of the workforce capacity planning and align capacities with company targets.
  • Employee Feedback and Training Initiatives: Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-ups such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in business development, people analytics, or similar roles.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel & Google Workspace, experience with Workday, Looker, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-focused way of working, and outstanding analytical skills.
  • Assertiveness, personal responsibility, and a can-do mentality as well as a data-driven mindset.
  • Interest and courage to try out new things and help shape topics sustainably.
  • Strong communication skills in English and at least a good command of German.
