Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von Next-Best-Offer- und Smart-Pricing-Konzepten mitwirken und die richtigen Maßnahmen zur Minimierung des Churns und der Maximierung des Loyalitätsgrades entwickeln.

- Analyse von Kundenbeständen und Identifizierung von Potenzialen für Churn Prevention und Cross- und Upselling

- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundenbindung und Loyalitätssteigerung

Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches, mathematisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung im analytischen CRM oder Kundencontrolling von Vorteil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Analytische Stärke und Detailgenauigkeit
- Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Erstellung von Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
