Crypto Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crypto Content Manager to join our editorial team at BeInCrypto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading our crypto news efforts across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Content Editing: You will be responsible for proofreading, editing, and improving content created by our writers to ensure it meets our high editorial standards.
- Breaking News Leads: You will generate and approve breaking news leads in accordance with our editorial strategy and policy.
- Content Calendar Management: You will build, maintain, and update our content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content publication.
- Research and Analysis: You will conduct research and analyze news and developments in the cryptocurrency industry to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and insights.
- Team Management: You will hire, onboard, manage, coach, train, and offboard content writers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Fact-Checking: You will fact-check information in articles and stories to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with team leaders and SEO analysts to coordinate, improve, and maintain our editorial strategy and policy.
- Feedback and Performance: You will receive and provide effective feedback on the progress and status of our editorial work.
- Native English Speaker: You must be a native English speaker with a strong writing background.
- Education: You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications, or equivalent.
- Resourcefulness: You must be resourceful and self-directed, capable of editing various types of content with minimal guidance.
