Crypto Sales Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional B2B Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities with web3, blockchain, and crypto clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies to partner with BeInCrypto, leveraging our expertise and innovative products to drive business growth.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, researching potential clients, understanding their business needs, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for web3 clients, ensuring effective positioning of BeInCrypto's offerings in the market.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using BeInCrypto's CRM system, HubSpot.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
- Language Skills: English as a native language.
- Deal Size: Average deal size of $15,000 or more in B2B sales in the marketing space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more).
- SQL Close Rate: Average SQL close rate of greater than 35%.
- Education: BSc. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a plus).
- Experience: Experience in marketing agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies (a plus).
- Network and Relationships: Strong network and relationships in the web3 space (very important).
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Remote Work Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of remote work experience.
