Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Crypto PR & Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy, encompassing media outreach and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategy: Create and execute a strategic communication plan to promote CAIZ's activities and enhance our public image.
  • Media Outreach and Content Creation: Research and compose press releases, create content for the company's website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters, and develop social media content to engage with our audience.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate press conferences, plan events to promote the company's activities, and collaborate with the team to evaluate the results of communication campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists and other key external stakeholders to enhance the company's public image and media presence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of work experience in a PR & Communication role, with knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain.
  • Content Writing: Proven content writing experience for all media platforms, including social media and networking expertise.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic and creative mindset, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with an analytical mind and the ability to work comfortably with numbers.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English.
