Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at marta GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile and web applications using the latest technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features for our web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
- Evaluate and decide on the optimal balance between code quality and project deadlines, based on business requirements and technical constraints.
- Lead the development and maintenance of our React Native and React applications, focusing on high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Optimize code for efficiency, minimizing redundancy and maximizing performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with React Native and React, including TypeScript, and related data fetching and state management libraries (e.g. TanStack Query, Redux).
- Experience with navigation libraries, both App and Pages router, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests and snapshot tests to ensure code reliability and quality (e.g. react-testing-library, jest).
- Hands-on experience with native build tools like XCode and Android Studio.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest front-end development technologies and trends.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
